At Edge Fitness, we offer daily group fitness classes. These are led by our experienced trainers. There are classes to cater for all fitness and lifestyles, whether you're an early riser and prefer to do your workout at 6am or like to work off the day's stresses after work at 6pm, there's a class for you. 

Booty Builder

Lower body focus. Glute strength. Real results.

Monday 9:15am

All things legs and glutes. Booty Builder targets glute activation, strength and lower body shaping through smart programming and progressive overload.

If you want stronger hips, better posture and powerful lower body strength — this is your class.

Box and Burn

Boxing meets cardio conditioning.

Tuesday 9:15am / Thursday 6pm

This class combines boxing technique, pad work and heart-pumping cardio into one high-energy session. Improve coordination, build endurance and release some serious stress while getting a full-body workout.

No experience needed — just bring the effort.

Gloves, pads and glove liners are provided. We highly recommend bringing your own if you have them, and we also stock Shane Cameron CounterPunch gloves available for purchase in-gym.

MyZone Intensity: Heavy Green (70–79%), potential to get into Yellow (80–89%) with spikes into Red during intense rounds.


Sweat 

Weights + cardio combined.

Tuesday 6pm / Wednesday 9:15am

SWEAT blends resistance training and conditioning for a balanced, calorie-burning session. Expect circuits, intervals and a mix of strength and cardio to keep your heart rate up while building muscle. Challenging, fun, and scalable to suit all fitness levels.

MyZone Intensity: Strong Green and Yellow throughout the session.

 


Pump

Weights to music. Full body. High energy.

Thursday 9:15am

PUMP is our barbell-based strength class set to motivating music. Expect controlled lifts, high reps, and plenty of movement. The beauty of this class? It’s easily adaptable to your current fitness level — whether you’re just starting out or lifting confidently.

Fun, energising, and guaranteed to leave you feeling strong.

MyZone Intensity: Mostly Green (70–79%) with moments in Yellow during longer working sets, or some of our sets may have you sitting in the Blue (60-69%) zone

 


Lift Club

Strength. Power. Performance.

Monday 6pm / Friday 9:15am

LIFT CLUB is for those who love lifting heavy and getting stronger. Expect structured strength training with a focus on proper technique, progressive overload and building real power.

Perfect for anyone wanting to improve their lifts and train with purpose.

MyZone Intensity: Primarily Blue to Green (60–79%) depending on rest periods, possible to touch Yellow (80–89%) during compound lifts.

 


After-Burn

Our newest HIIT class. Fast. Intense. Effective.

Wednesday 6pm

Short bursts of high-intensity intervals designed to push your limits and boost your metabolism. AFTERBURN is efficient, powerful and perfect for busy schedules.

In, work hard, get it done.

MyZone Intensity: Heavy Yellow and potentially Red intervals, with brief recovery in Green


Power over 60

Strength, mobility and confidence at every age.

Thursday 10:15am

Designed specifically for our 60+ community, this class focuses on balance, joint mobility, stability and functional strength. Move safely, improve coordination and maintain independence in a supportive, welcoming environment.


Yoga

Strength. Stretch. Breathe.

First Sunday of every month* 9am

Our Yoga class combines controlled strength movements, mobility work and breath focus to improve flexibility, core stability and recovery.

A calm, grounding session to complement your training and support both body and mind.

MyZone Intensity:  Grey and Blue zones.

 


Trainers Choice

Dynamic mix of cardio and core training.

Our group fitness class is a fun, challenging and dynamic work out designed for all ages and fitness levels.

Each session combines weight bearing exercises, cardio hitting and core training to create a full body experience that improves balance, agility and mobility.

No workout is ever the same, keeping things fresh, exciting and effective. You'll move through a variety of exercises in an encouraging team atmosphere where you can work at your own pace or go as hard as you like.
