Becs

Hi, I’m Rebecca — but most people know me as Becs 

I’m the proud owner of Edge Fitness Waiuku, a qualified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach — but above all, I’m a mum to three incredible kids: Holly, Mia and Hudson.

Motherhood is my greatest role, and it’s also one of the reasons I’m so passionate about what I do.

It’s understanding the discipline, setbacks, exhaustion, self-doubt and resilience that real life requires — especially as a mum.

I’ve been through the weight gain.
The weight loss.
The starting over.
The balancing kids, work and self-care.

And that’s why my goal is simple:

To help people create the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.

Not through extremes.
Not through perfection.
But through sustainable habits, discipline, balance and self-respect.

I know what it takes. I know the struggles. And I know that change is possible — at any stage of life.

Maya

Hey I'm Maya! I’m a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, certified Dynamic Reformer Pilates teacher, and certified Yoga teacher with a passion for helping people build strong, balanced, and functional bodies that support them in everyday life.

My approach blends strength training and Pilates to create intentional, time-efficient sessions that are carefully designed around each client’s goals. I believe exercise should do more than just make us sweat — it should help us move well, feel capable, and live fully. Every movement has purpose, every session has direction, and every programme is built to support long-term health.

With a holistic approach to fitness, I look beyond the workout. I’m currently studying nutrition to deepen my knowledge and better support my clients in building sustainable, healthy habits. For me, it’s not just about training — it’s about mindset, balance, and creating a lifestyle that enhances your quality of life.

As a busy working mum of two, I understand how valuable time and energy are. My own training allows me to stay active, strong, and present for my children — and that’s something I’m deeply passionate about helping other mums and busy individuals achieve too.

Hey, I'm Zac I am a qualified personal trainer with a background in team sports, athletics, and competitive powerlifting.

 

Training with me is performance-driven and built around strength, discipline, and long-term results.

 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, bulk up or become more comfortable in the gym I got you.

 

You can find me either coaching on the gym floor or supporting members at reception.
